Description

Retinol exhibits powerful anti-aging action by increasing the production of epidermal cells, endothelial cells (increases dermal vascularity/assists wound healing) and fibroblasts (synthesizes collagen and the extracellular matrix) and inhibiting collagen degrading enzymes.

Considerably less erythema, irritation, TEWL compared to trans retinoic acid.

Retinol boosts the effects of hydroxy acid peels due to increased cellular renewal, increased epidermal healing and enhanced penetration of the peeling agent. Retinol can be resumed after all evidence of peeling and irritation subsides.

Directions:

To be applied only at night.

Apply 2-3 drops directly onto cleansed skin.

Follow with moisturiser.

Alternatively mix 2-3 drops in with your LA CLINICA moisture cream and apply onto skin.

Maximum use twice weekly.

Avoid direct sunlight during a skincare regime with this product
